Dashcom Reports – Front end reporting tool
Dashcom Reports is a plugin module that receives the raw data from one of or multiple Dashom mudules such as Dashcon CS or Dashcom Live and out puts the data into a readable online format.
We can consult with you to ascertain the statistics and KPIs that you will require, this will be based upon the results of the front end ‘feedback’ form that we initially develop with you, if we can collect the data it means we can report on the data, so it is crucial that the correct data is gathered from the off. Highly bespoke reporting can be built in so you reporting can be created automatically or at a press of a button based upon a requested criteria.
Dashcom Chat live – Live chat online software
Live chat is fast becoming the most recognised and cost effective way of communicating with your customers, the live chat software can either reside on your website or within the Dashcom CS online software, its a quick and effective way of communication and it allows your customer service agents to multitask and communicate with multiple conversations at one time.
Agents will have an application on their PC that allows them to communicate with customers via Live chat. The app will notify the agent when a new customer is using Live chat and will show who is currently online. You can set up multiple agents and swap conversations at will.
