Aviation ADR commissions DDRT to build new portal

DDRT developed the complaints portal for Aviation ADR in 2015 and has since provided a great deal of upgrades and improvements. Over the past 12 months CDRL and DDRT have worked in collaboration to create a brief for a new complaints processing portal, possessing the latest AI and software technology which has led to DDRT receiving formal instructions to commence development.

The new portal will contain more automated processes via the use of AI, image recognition to speed up the review of key documents submitted in evidence by passenger and airline, new functionality to keep passengers updated on the process of their claim and multiple new tools to assist adjudicators with decision-making.
