Our solution, DashcomR, is a cloud-based software platform that facilitates the efficient processing of consumer complaints in relation to retailers and online traders.

The basic platform provides:

  • A consumer portal, where the complainant can upload details of their complaint and supporting evidence, communicate with the retailer and see the progress of their claim [This functionality is optional]
  • A trader portal, where the restaurant/trader can see details of the claim, communicate with the consumer and administer and respond to the claim.
  • A location portal (to be used by local shop locations) in circumstances where the business has a centralised customer services provision.
